After the glory of summer, we look at a quieter, more subtle landscape.  Colour is all around us, but softer, deconstructing in the weather and always holding memories of what went before.

Fragrance 

 Nose tingling first frost mornings; fallen leaves, earth turned over as the garden is cleared, woodsmoke drifting from the neighbour's chimney.  Subtle, crisp, evocative.
