AUTUMN
As long as autumn lasts, I shall not have hands, canvas or colours enough to paint the beautiful things I see.
Vincent Van Gogh

COLOUR
After the glory of summer, we look at a quieter, more subtle landscape. Colour is all around us, but softer, deconstructing in the weather and always holding memories of what went before.

Fragrance
Nose tingling first frost mornings; fallen leaves, earth turned over as the garden is cleared, woodsmoke drifting from the neighbour's chimney. Subtle, crisp, evocative.
